Guide MICHELIN Italia 2026: three stars
Giorgio Pinchiorri and Annie Féolde opened the Enoteca in 1972 on Via Ghibellina, not far from Santa Croce. The restaurant occupies a 17th-century palazzo with frescoes, paintings and fresh flower arrangements. The kitchen is led by Riccardo Monco, who also became a co-owner in 2024, and Alessandro Della Tommasina, who has been with the restaurant since 2003; Alessandro Tomberli runs the dining room. In the 2026 edition of the Guide MICHELIN, the Enoteca is the only three-star restaurant in Tuscany.
As the name suggests, wine is at the centre: the Guide MICHELIN describes the cellar as exceptional. The cooking is contemporary Italian, with two tasting menus, one of them vegetarian, and a menu featuring dishes such as tagliolini with spider crab jus or agnolottini filled with oxtail. The Enoteca suits grand occasions and wine lovers looking for a particular bottle; the restaurant is a member of the association Les Grandes Tables du Monde.
Good to know: Dinner only, Tuesday to Saturday; closed on Sunday and Monday. The tasting menus are served only for the whole table.
Information checked in October 2026 against the sources listed; the editors have not tested the restaurant. Photos on this page are illustrations and do not show the restaurant.
